　　一、从头再来。七年级新生的英语水*参差不齐，原来中心小学的学生接触过英语，我询问后才知道，其实小学只学过单词，只要求读单词，不要求写，更不用说进行对话。原来村小的学生从来没有接触过英语，26个字母都不会，这给初中英语的教学带来了一定的难度。所以，我从新安排了教学计划，从26个字母开始学，听说读写默，全部过关了才学习日常用语。

　　二、会读才要求会写。上课的时候往往花在对话操练上的时间比较多，造成了最后动笔练习的时间变少了。为此，我再对课堂进行了定位，一节课45分钟，花在听说读这些方面要用35分钟，花在课堂练习上用10分钟，这样学生能够在掌握了知识点之后，做起练习作业就容易，压力也不大。

　　三、慢慢调整学生写的质量。要知道初中生写的字，比较潦草，难看。从学生交上了的作业可以看的出来。所以*时上课多叫学生上黑板上写，有时间进行英语书法比赛，县把英语写好，然后逐步要求工整，提高速度。

　　四、慢慢规范发音。七年级的学生虽然基础参差不齐，但他们对英语的学习热情还是比较高涨的，因为新鲜，所以产生的极大的兴趣。在学生的操练过程中时不时改正一下，学生也是比较容易接受的，如Iam和I’m，thankyou，there,mouth等等。

　　五、教会学生考试的技巧。在目前的教育模式下，检验学生的掌握程度就是考试，一堂成功的英语课，往往给人以自然，和谐，舒服的享受。每一位教师在教材处理，教学方法，学法指导等诸方面都有自己的独特设计，在教学过程会出现闪光点。在*时的听说读写练中，到了考试的时候真正有用的主要是听和写，不是吗?听力30分，笔试90分。所以，教学当中的一些技巧也要说给学生听，比如说Be动词的用法，I用am，we,you,they用are,is用于他她它。句型的转换，怎么考，考什么等等。

　　一堂课下来，教师有必要对本节课的教学进行小结反思，对教学得失做细致的剖析。记得在教学Go for it!新目标英语七年级下第七单元What does he look like ? SectionA1a-3时，这节课用一课时结束，时间短，容量大，学生会出现混淆现象，能有效突出教学重、难点吗?学生的反应好吗?我用课件展示出三个人的高度，体型，头发，并把黑板分成三块。

　　这种方式一目了然。教学结束后，反思一下整个教学过程，虽不能算十全十美，但教学目标、重难点完成的比较好，而且学生配合也非常好。学生能非常流畅的练习这些句型，甚至可以写出简短的文章。想一想，这和自己上课前做好充分的准备工作是密不可分的。

　　每节课后，我们可以这样反思：

　　身为一名刚参加工作的英语教师，我认为我身上的担子很重。对于新教材心里没底，又面临新课程改革。新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学习的能力，新课改提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者。

　　下面简单地回顾一下这一年以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

　　一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

　　1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度。

　　根据教材中的情境，真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境，如教“What’s you name? How old are you?”时，情境有“小歌手大赛报到处”、“迷路的小孩子与警察”、“结识新朋友”、“医生与生病的孩子”、“自我介绍”等等一些语境，使学生积极参与，到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。如师生早晚问好、道谢、道别等，学生已经习惯用Hello、Good morning、 thank you、You are welcome、 See you、 Good bye……与我交流。这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际能力，培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。

　　2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力，鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去。

　　每课的对话让学生先听后读，然后表演，每小组不宜超过四人。表演前应让各小级操练准备，鼓励其拓展创新对话内容。表演过程中，除要求学生语音语调正确外，还应让学生注意到交流手段如表情、手势、姿态等。例如在练习Is this jacket yours?这个句型时，我手里拿着一件夹克衫，一边走进教室一边问:Whose jacket is it? Is this jacket yours?这时学生很好奇，都想知道这件夹克衫是谁的。于是，我跟学生们操练熟了，就让学生自己去找它的主人，学生拿着这件夹克衫去问别人：Is this jacket yours? 教师还可以利用插图来创设情景，培养学生的创新精神，让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识，编成各种对话

　　3、创造条件让学生能够发现他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

　　二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛

　　在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学习，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习。

　　1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。

　　要培养学生的创造个性，仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神，注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围，尊重学生个体，注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望，注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价……

　　2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵，使自己听的见自己的声音，渐渐做到流利，顺畅。促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感。

　　3、对于底子薄的或性格内向的同学，降低他们的学习标准，当他们取得一点小小的进步，都要鼓励他们，让他们感到有成就感。

　　差生上课时注意往往不够集中，我就将教材化难为易，化多为少，精讲多练，课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口，我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们；叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子；朗读事先已读过多遍的课文，当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说：“very good”，他们往往因得到这两个激动，这样差生开口的习惯慢慢的养成。一学期下来，差生的参与意识大大地加强，消除了畏惧心理，

　　4、建立良好的师生关系，经常和学生一起反思学习过程中的不足，并加以改正。

　　教和学是一对矛盾，作为矛盾双方的教师和学生如何和谐融洽师生关系，对完成教学至关紧要。如果他们对某个老师有好感，他们就对老师的这门课感兴趣并分外重视，肯下大气力学这门课。如果他们不喜欢某一位老师，由于逆反心理，他们也就不愿学或不学这位老师的课。所以，教师要深入学生，和学生打成一片，了解学生的兴趣，爱好，喜怒哀乐情绪的变化，时时处关心学生，爱护学生，尊重学生，帮助学生。这样，师生才能关系和谐，感情融洽，兴趣盎然地进行学习。

　　三、记忆方法

　　学习语言就是要开口多说，多记， 多背，只要功夫到家了，学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多，每天都有新的知识点增加，这就需要学生多记，多背。这往往是学生最头疼的一件事。现在才初一，主要是以单词为主，如果连单词都记不住，更何况句型听力。因此谈谈自己记忆单词，句型的方法，仅供参考。

　　1、根据发音脱口而出单词，多朗读，重复多次，背会的东西容易忘，应隔三插五的再巩固。

　　2、背诵一个小对话，背会了用自己的话把它复述出来，这样增加学习英语的自信心。

　　3、把记不住的单词写在小纸片上，随时都可以拿出来看看，长期坚持，一定有成效。

　　四、对学生进行有效的评价。

　　评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩，给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后，让学生自我反思，分析自己的成绩和不足，明确今后努力的方向，争取下次不再犯同样的问题。让学生相互之间相互评价，找出优缺点，互相促进学习。

　　走出大学到现在，掐指一算，任教已有四年了，送走一届学生，恍然时间飞逝。回首几年来的教学，总觉得有这般那般不足，在英语教学中，我认为自己还有以下两点需要反思并给予提高。

　　1.在教学中对情感教育不够重视

　　爱因斯坦在总结自己一生的成就时指出，只用专业知识教育人是不够的，专业教育可以使人变成一个有用的机器，但不能成为一个和谐发展的人。他的感触对我们的现实的教育状况，有指点迷津的作用。

　　厌学情绪弥漫在青少年中间，很多孩子变得焦虑、烦躁，易生逆反心理，易走向极端。在学校教育中，学习科学文化知识是学生的主要任务，但不是唯一的任务，而只是学生个体精神生活、情感世界的一部分，还应该有道德的养成、审美活动、人际交往等。我们的教育，只有将认知与情感教育结合起来，才是完整意义上的教育，才能让每一个受教育者有健全的人格，健康地成长。

　　当今的学生大都是独生子女,个性强、不爱学习、难教育,多数英语老师都感同身受。我发现和学生真正的沟通心灵,唤醒他们的"聪明才智,增强他们的自信心,调动他们的积极性,从而让学生自发的学习才是最重要的。

　　作为老师，教态要自然、适度、得体、教师的教学语言应严谨、简洁、逻辑性强，坚定自信，饱满的教学热情，学而不厌，诲人不倦的精神，都能升华学生高涨的学习激情。对学生的评价要正确、恰当，特别是课堂上学生回答问题后，应给予积极肯定，如“very good/Excellent/Thank you/well done!”等。作为新老师，很容易忽略这一点。往往学生回答完问题，简单地就“Sitdown ,please”,学生无法得到真正的肯定。

　　根据学生的兴趣、爱好特点，想方设法以新颖、丰富多彩的教学手段激发其兴趣，有利于调动他们主动参与的积极性，变为“苦学”为“乐学”。

　　有一点也是很重要得，就是情感教育的核心“爱”。在英语教学中，整个班级学生的成绩参差不齐，这是许多教师都不可回避的一个现实。教师的爱心不仅体现在优秀学生身上，更要倾注在 “学困生”身上，关注不同层次的学生，让不同水*的学生在同一节课中都能有所进步。教学以来，我们会发现，很多学生因为喜爱某个老师而喜欢他所任教的学科。我们教给学生的，不仅是丰富的知识，还有培养其获得知识的能力。

　　另外一方面就是作业的布置问题。初中特别是起始年段，我往往布置的作业大部分抄写：抄写单词，课文。后来发现，学生抄上来的很多单词拼法都错了，这让我百思不得其解。有学生甚至问我，老师，这样抄写有意义吗？我一愣，确实，这能提高学生运用语言知识的能力吗？接下来，我增加了背课文作业。布置背诵任务时，肯定有些同学背不过。于是我把学生分成四人一组，按照小组长负责制，督促组员背诵。上课抽查时，如果有一人背诵不通过，其他成员都会受到惩罚。这样做，表面看来是很残酷，但是，这是检验组内成员是否团结合作的有利一击，每个同学都不愿成为别人的累赘，并要为本组增光，他们就会努力背书，到第二天检查时，大多数会过关。另外，我还增加了一项作业。当天练习做错的，让（四人一组）小组长负责再出题给未过关的组员做，结果出乎我的意料，学生教得比我还好。于是，我把这方法也在数学科目上推广。通过以上几种方式的尝试，我班学生的学习积极性得到了很大提高，不仅能够自主完成作业，而且还可以尝试为自己、为同学设计、批改和评价作业。

　　一、对自我的重新认识

　　通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，特别是骨干教师，更应当掌握现代教育教学理论、掌握现代教育教学技术。在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和同学们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。因此，在英语课程中，传统意义上的教师教和学生学，将让位于师生互教互学，彼此形成一个真正的“学习共同体”。这种学习方式的改变，将导致师生关系的改变，使教师长期以来的高高在上的“传道、授业、解惑”的地位发生变化，教师从“知识的”转变到“*等地参与学生的研究”，从“知识的传递者”转变成“学生英语探究的促进者、组织者和指导者”。

　　教师的这种角色的特征是：

　　英语课以语言对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。我通过认真学习《走出误区，走进真正的合作学习》、再谈决胜课堂》、《对构建教学模式的思考》等文章之后，明确了英语课最终的落脚点是在知识上，还要能解决将来在工作、生活中可能遇到的问题，最终让学生通过学习英语来达到交流的目的，以此为最终目标。我作为华十中的一位骨干教师，对于教师课堂教学常规艺术，感受最深的是：每位教师在积极、热烈的气氛中讨论到教学节奏的调控艺术时的提纲挈领----波澜起伏的流程美，水到渠成的衔接美。教师必须从以下几个方面来培养学生好习惯：

　　(1)养成根据发音规律记单词的习惯

　　初中教师教学中要教记忆单词的方法，使每个学生知道元音字母在开、闭音节中的发音规律、字母组合的发音规律、音节的划分，促使学生养成按发音规律记忆单词的习惯。

　　(2)上课积极参与，大胆发言，大胆提问的习惯

　　这学期我参加了对新教师的新课程培训，通过这次培训，我对新课改有了一定的认识。新课程改革对于我们每一个老师都是一种挑战，也是一次难得的机会。通过这次培训我有了一下几点认识。首先，新课程理念标准认为，课程不是教材，教学也不是简单的“知识灌输”或是“知识移植”的过程。真正的教学过程，应当是学习主体(学生)和教育主体(教师)，包括环境交互作用的过程，这种教学是一种学生主动参与的、尊重学生个性的、参与教学环境中的教学。要想有效的实施英语课堂课程资源的开发，我认为可以从以下几个方面来考虑。

　　一、明确目标

　　我们以往的英语教学中把“掌握语言基本知识和基本技能”放在教学目的的首位。而新制定的课程标准要求把“激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的习惯和形成有效的学习英语策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神”放在首位。同时，提倡教学中要以“口语交际”为主，培养学生的口语能力，使每一个学生都能开口说英语，达到学以致用的目的和增强学生的实践能力。

　　二、改变英语教学方法

　　过去的在英语教学中总是老师讲，学生记。教师是课堂的主角，学生是听众，学生自由练习很少，口语、听力非常差。现在我们要转变这种模式，在课堂上以学生为主体，把主动权还给学生。那么怎样才能使学生在课堂中处于主体地位，提高学习效率呢?可以从以下四方面入手：

　　1、在教学中应把时间和空间多留给学生

　　合作学习前给学生独立思考的时间。没有独立思考就进行合作学习，合作学习将流于形式，质量不高。有准备的讨论交流，才可能是高质量的交流。

　　提出一个探究性的问题，给学生思维空间。给学生自主学习的时间和空间。在课堂教学中，时间是最重要的学习资源。一个教师对时间如何分配，直接反映这个教师的教学观。探究的问题性、实践性、参与性和开放性决定了探究学习必须有充分的自主学习时间，否则就是一句空话。

　　2、精心设计教学环节，激发学生学习的主动性

　　学生学习的主动性主要在于老师的调动。在学生消除心理障碍后，就需要老师精心设计教学的各个教学环节，设计模仿、会话、口、笔头操练、提问，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，激活学生的思维，激起学生的情感，使学生全身心地投入到英语教学活动中。虽然我们的教学条件有限，但我们可以根据实际运用实物、自制教具来使课堂形象生动。

　　3、充分利用学生的差异

　　在以往的课堂上，教师对学生的要求是整齐划一，束缚了学生创新潜能的发挥。教师要重视尊重学生的个性，满足学生的不同需求。学生的个性差异，不仅表现在学生的个体之间的差异，还表现在独特的精神世界和兴趣特长，这种独特性是人的个性完善的内在资源。因此，我们不能用一个模式去塑造和评价学生。不能用一个水*衡量学生，那是不现实的，也是不可能的。要尊重学生的不同理解和认识，让课堂成为学生发挥个性的天地，成为自我赏识的乐园。

　　4、创造性运用教材

　　新课程倡导教师“用教材教”，而不是简单地“教教材”。教材只是书面的东西，而且所载的信息是有限的。传统的教学与新课程教学有很大的区别，以往的教学只是要求讲解知识点，而现在的新课程强调要引导学生学会观察，学会思考，学会如何学习的能力。教师与学生的位置也发生了变化，从教师中心转向学生中心;学生的学习方式发生了变化，从独立学习转向了合作学习;学生的学习态度发生了变化，从接受学习转向探究式学习。

　　在这一个星期中，领略了9位教师的课堂教学风采，2位指导老师精彩的示范课。不同的理念，不同的设计思路让我真实感受到她们的扎实的基本功，同时也为我下一步的发展指明了方向。课堂教学是一个“仁者见仁，智者见智”的话题，在我看来，不同的教师演绎不同的风采，却展现同样的精彩。

　　通过听课让我学到了很多新的教学方法和新的教学理念，这几节课给我印象较深的是杨老师上的《PEP4Unit4Blearn》这节课。杨老师以“三毛”这个人物贯穿于教学各个环节，在新授单词的同时，又为学生的操练提供了一定的教学情境，使学生在运用新词时更有代入感、真实感，激发出学生学习的兴趣。而且这期间，通过学生对三毛困境的了解和帮助，教师让情感教学渗透于每个教学环节，让整个课堂更加丰富和生动，而这正是我*时教学课堂中所缺失的。

　　课堂教学对教师而言，不只是为学生成长所做的付出，不只是别人交付任务的完成，他同时也是我们自身生命价值的体现。让课堂走进生活，将课堂教学当作学生的生命经历，课堂才会显得朴实而又睿智。在这短短几天的时间里，让我深切体会到优秀的数学课堂是情智共生的课堂，偏于“智”而忽略“情”，正是我今后需加以改正的地方。作为一位迫切需要完善自我的教师，我想我更应该勇敢地、虚心地、随时地与其他老师交流，交流教学中的问题与困惑等，因为评课交流可以使人的思考更加广阔，内容更加丰富。。通过每次课后的交流产生思想碰撞与思考，解决困惑，从中也让我获得很多启发与收益。

　　通过这次培训，让我深深体会到只有不断的学习，才能有不断的提升，对如何做好一名出色的小学英语教师有了更多的努力目标。我将反思着自己的差距与不足，寻找着自己应该努力的方向，相信本次培训活动对我今后的教学一定会产生积极而深远的影响。

　　在雪花漫天飞舞的圣诞节，我们__县初中英语教师全员培训在此圆满落幕。横跨六个月的学习(虽然后期每个月仅有两天)无论对自身提高英语学习的兴趣、英语水*以及教学水*和提升英语教学理念，都给我带来了很大的收获。尤其是最后的考试，让我对每次不远千里而来辛苦执教的骆老师充满了敬佩和感动。我原以为她不会来了，冰雪天着实冷得让人颤抖，而且这天还是与家人团聚的圣诞节。可当我走进考场，还是看到了骆老师美丽的身影和灿烂的笑容，让我倍感温暖。此时我深深地体会到老师的不辞辛劳和无怨无悔的付出。

　　本次培训使我深刻地认识到，现阶段中学英语的教学与传统中学英语教学最大的不同在于课堂中注重交流，注重互动，畅所欲言，营造一个轻松、活泼的课堂氛围。就如我们的培训课堂上，骆教师总是有说有笑，不断的走下讲台，参与我们的讨论，不断的鼓励我们与她大胆交流，不停地提问题。骆教师还时不时地对我们表示赞同与肯定：“谢谢!”、“你真行!”、“非常好!”。在课中还穿插她亲生经历的故事，让我们沉浸在快乐的、真实的氛围中。英语教学是一阕乐章，旋律优美;是一幅图画，色彩热烈;是一种生活，精彩而时尚;是一种责任，任重而道远。课堂上总是充满了欢乐，本次培训让我理解了怎样用比较轻松、活泼的方法去教自己的学生，还进一步帮我们提高语音、语调和听、说、读、写的能力，对英语语言教学有了更深刻的了解，使我对语音教学方法有了新的认识。同时也谈谈本人对教学的一点点想法，二十来天的学习让我对教学有了新的思考。

　　三、保持*和心态，坚持不懈，正确对待教学工作中的成功与失败。

　　什么样的教育是成功的教育?什么样的学生是合格的人才?教师要从更长远的视角来看待教育的成功和失败，并为了学生的全面发展而努力。我很赞同这样的观点：“树立社会需要和个性发展需要相结合的观念，社会对人才有多种需要，学生也有不同的特长。教师应当着力培养学生的能力，挖掘学生内在的能力，在动机、兴趣、方法、习惯方面给予重视。”

　　在这次培训活动中，我们锻炼、培养了各方面的能力，也取得了一定的成绩。培训只是一种形式，它只告诉我们如何才能做得更好，关键还是得靠自己不断的努力!我个人希望多参加这样的培训，向更多的名家同行老师们学习，同时也要加强自身学习，不断的充实自己，提高自己，争取做一名真正适应时代发展要求的合格教师。

　　SpringFestival, also called the Chinese New Year is the biggest festival in ourcountry. It comes between late January and the middle of February. EveryChinese enjoys this festival very much.

　　春节，也叫做中国新年，是我国最大的节日。这是一月下旬和二月中旬之间。每个中国人都喜欢这个节日非常。

　　DuringSpring Festival, we have seven days off. We usually get together with ourfamilies on New Year’s Eve. We have so many delicious dishes, such as chicken,duck, fish, meat and so on. But we consider fish as our major dish, sincehaving fish represents a wish that we will be prosperous in the next year.However, people in the north often eat dumplings. It means to ring out the oldand usher in the new year. After supper, we always watch TV programs, theSpring Festival Gala is the tradition. Or we also play fireworks outside. Onthe first New Year"s Day, we always pay New Year’s visit to our relatives andfriends, so as to exchange our best regards with each other.
