I hear that walking is the best sport. Besides, you’d better take exercise at least twice a week, such as playing basketball or tennis. Going to swim is also a nice choice. What’s more, try not to stay up too late. Going to bed early and getting up early is also important. Having enough sleep can help your brain work better.
